- Team Development: Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, providing guidance and oversight on accounts varying from local to national scale.
- Client Support and Advocacy: Provide support, advocacy, and solutions to your team’s clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve client issues, overseeing a team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing existing accounts.
- Escalation Point: Serve as the primary point of escalation for any client issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Manage Key Accounts: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and goals achieved through trust-building and strategic solutions.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and seize cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue within accounts.
- Strategic Development: Develop strategies to grow accounts aligned with client needs and expectations.
- Communication and Presentation: Utilize exceptional communication skills to influence key stakeholders both internally and externally, presenting solutions effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Satisfaction: Influence customer lifetime value through high levels of satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance.
- 5+ years proven experience in account management within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong leadership with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strategic thinker with deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships directly with clients and team.
