- Assist 1-2 Partners by handling a caseload of 8-30 cases, ensuring prompt and effective client communications
- Represent large companies in a variety of defense matters including habitability cases, personal injury defense, premises and product liability, while rarely handling plaintiff cases
- Conduct comprehensive case management from initiation to resolution, including all phases of litigation
- Maintain regular court appearances for motions, hearings, and other procedural necessities
- Foster client relationships through direct interaction, offering support and updates on case progress
- Work collaboratively within the firm, contributing to team efforts and supporting Partners in achieving case objectives
- JD from an accredited law school
- 3-7 years of experience in litigation, with defense experience highly preferred but open to experience with Personal Injury, Premises Liability, or Habitability cases
- Active California Bar membership with experience working as an attorney in CA
- Proven track record of stability in previous positions
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a confident approach
- JD from an accredited law school, with defense experience is strongly preferred
- 2-10 years of litigation experience, particularly in areas such as insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, or habitability cases
- Active California Bar membership, with experience working as an attorney in CA
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a confident approach
