- Takes guests’ orders for various hot and cold beverages and other food items.
- Creates hot and cold beverages using established ingredients, measurements, techniques, and standards; adjusts recipe as requested by guests.
- Delivers exceptional guest service (i.e., prompt, friendly, professional, and responsive), using proper greeting and departure phrases and service standards established by F&B management.
- Maintains RBS parameters on service of alcoholic beverages, identifying guests showing signs of intoxication; informs supervisor or manager on duty with any concerns.
- Provides guests with details of beverage menu and food offerings.
- Packages orders as needed or requested, including any food accompaniments, napkins, and utensils.
- Records all sales, collects money, follows the Loyalty program guidelines, operates a point-of-sale system, and follows all cash handling procedures.
- Fulfills end of shift cashier closing duties such as closing side work, cash bank settlements to Cage/Vault, POS system card re-sets, and organizing receipts, comps, or other necessary payment verifications for Revenue Audit collection.
- Maintains coffee bar, dining and retail areas in a neat and sanitary manner and disposes of trash.
- Cleans, sweeps, mops, and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils as needed and according to procedures.
- Ensures all sugars, condiments, creamers, etc. remain stocked at all times.
- Maintains inventory and submits requisitions as needed.
- Provides information on resort amenities, events, promotions, etc. in order to increase levels of guest service.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
- Must obtain food handlers card and register in the RBS Portal, take training from an authorized RBS Training Provider, and pass the ABC Alcohol Server Certification exam within 30 days.
- Prior experience as a barista is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee products is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 work environment, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, POS systems, email, and internet.
- Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
- Native American hiring preference applies.
