
Analyst - Data Governance & Management

- Support the implementation of the Data Issue Management framework, including intake, assessment, classification, prioritization, root cause analysis, remediation, and closure validation.
- Continuous monitoring of data risks and emerging data issues across key finance datasets/reports.
- Implement risk-based monitoring protocols, including early warning indicators, risk heat maps, and control effectiveness metrics.
- Maintain a centralized inventory of open and historical data issues, ensuring accurate documentation, traceability, and audit readiness.
- Produce regular reporting and dashboards for senior leadership, risk committees, and regulatory stakeholders, highlighting risk concentrations, issue trends, and remediation effectiveness.
- Partner with multiple groups e.g., Business process owners, Technologies, and Enterprise Data Governance.
- 2 -5 years of experience in Finance and Controllership
- Strong relationship skills and communication
- Self-motivated and proactive, ability to manage multiple assignments and projects concurrently.
- Strong Excel, Power Point, and other technical skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collect business requirements and use them to guide implementation of a technical solution.
- Familiarity with Agile (Rally/Jira) or SAFE project methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Prior experience with data quality programs
- Familiarity with SQL
- Good knowledge of Collibra
