On-the-Floor Leadership: Be present on the sales floor, actively engaging with your team and customers. Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in sales and customer service.
Inspiration & Coaching: Motivate and guide your team, helping them to excel in their roles and reach their full potential. Foster a culture of learning and growth.
Sales Mastery: Drive store performance through strategic sales initiatives and personal sales leadership. Network and build strong relationships with clients and community partners.

Qualifications:
Jewelry Industry Experience: Proven background in the jewelry sector is required.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or three years of relevant experience, or a combination of both.
