- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for aquatic projects, including swimming pools, water parks, and more.
- Manage direct reports and delegate duties to Project Engineers and Technicians.
- Develop pool concepts and lead project presentations with clients.
- Establish and maintain client relationships to ensure project success.
- Make major project design decisions in collaboration with the team.
- Licensed Senior Project Manager with 6+ years of experience in aquatic projects, or equivalent experience as a Project Manager.
- Proven track record of successfully managing aquatic projects from conception to completion.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovative design solutions.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred).
- Experience in recreational aquatic projects is highly desirable.
- Salary range $85k - $130k
