- Policy Reviews: Conducting periodic policy reviews with existing clients to identify additional coverage needs and offer suitable products to enhance their insurance protection.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with our dedicated team of insurance professionals to provide outstanding customer service and achieve team goals.
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we also encourage recent graduates and career changers with a strong desire to excel in sales to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and the team.
- Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

- Insurance Knowledge: While not required, familiarity with insurance products and industry regulations is a plus.
