- Review expectations, policies, and procedures for educational programming
- Provide recommendations and updates to continually improve the program and service offerings
- Seek additional resources for educational classroom programming and quality teaching practices
- Develop curricular planning and implementation of instruction for students as they are needed
- Manage the development and implementation of programs and strategies through curriculum, assessment, and data utilization
- Review assessment and outcome data and aligns processes to ensure consistent outcomes for students
- Oversees the child family planning process for family participation with education staff
- Review monthly monitoring and tracking reports to ensure quality benchmarks are met including lesson plans, assessments, screenings, home-visits, parent-teacher conferences, child/family reviews, Family Partnership Agreements (FPAs), attendance, performance standard requirements and the implementation of quality services for students and families
- Ensure team is using data driven dialogue and decision making to inform their practice both internally and with families
- Supports the function with all supervisory responsibilities including hiring, professional development, training, performance management and terminations for employees within function

- Education: Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Child Development, or a related field. Large Center Director certificate.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in administration, or coaching experience in an early childhood setting
- Skills: Pediatric first aid, CPR, experience working with kids, knowledge of child development principles
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including CBI/FBI fingerprinting. MVR and a national sex offender registry check
- Other: Driver's license, bilingual preferred
