Cobol Developer (EIR 3064)

- IBM Mainframe expertise (5-7+ years)
- Strong in COBOL, JCL, DB2, SQL, VSAM, CICS, FTP
- Batch and online processing support (SIT, CAT, Production)
- Ability to debug, enhance, and modernize legacy mainframe applications
- Experience with secure coding, SDLC, and documentation
- Agile/Scrum experience (preferably VersionOne)
- IT Service Management tools (preferably ServiceNow)
- Familiar with Software Delivery Framework
- Strong documentation skills (system, training, user guides, diagrams)
- Support and maintain Real and Leasehold (RL) application
- Handles real estate/leasehold capital additions, disposals, depreciation
- Analyze existing COBOL/JCL/DB2 applications and document processes
- Refresh and support test environments (SIT, CAT)
- Apply new requirements and fix defects
- Work flexible hours, including nights/weekends, if required
- Provide production support & on-call coverage
- Update configuration diagrams and maintain system knowledge
- Assist with migration away from mainframe in future phases
