
Customer Care Associate (Onsite)

- Professional and effectively answer incoming calls from customers that include our policyholders and sale force by following company policies and procedures.
- Address customer questions, make policy changes, research complaints, trouble shoot issues and document all calls.
- Process daily requests from customers with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ongoing training with products and processes within the customer service department.
- Daily review and preparation of all incoming documents and policyholder requests received in the office.
- Assist with daily workflow and distribution of processing including the scanning and indexing of documents to our imaging system.
- In constant communication with team concerning incoming documents from policyholders and agents throughout the day.
- Watch for trends, issues or potential fraud and bring to management’s attention.
- Complete assigned projects and required courses in the planned timeframe.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years customer service experience required.
- A high level of integrity, confidentiality, flexibility and support of management is always expected.
- High attention to detail.
- Individuals must be team players and be able to work independently.
- Positive, patient and helpful attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with deadlines.
- Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and still maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
