
Contract Management Specialist

- You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, modifications, nondisclosure agreements, terms and conditions, and other contract related documents
- Act as end-to-end point of contact throughout the contract management process, escalading to leadership when necessary
- Provide active assistance to the project teams in the management, execution, and resolution of issues related to contract/project management and accounting (e.g. contract type, cost allowability, payment/milestone schedules, inspection/acceptance criteria, other terms)
- You will serve as subject matter expert on interpretation of FAR/ DFARS clauses and contractual provisions
- Maintain comprehensive and reliable contract and subcontract records (e.g. proposals, contracts, correspondence, modifications)
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with customers
- Closely collaborate with project teams and business operations departments
- You will support proposal preparation, including examination of solicitation requirements, cost/pricing requirements, and analyzing terms and conditions to adequately assess risks in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
- Occasional travel: less than 10%

- You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, law, accounting or related field
- Professional Contract Management Certification (CPCM, CFCM)
- At least 3+ years of experience in contract management with government contracts & pricing
- Your contract Management Software experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and hands-on experience with a variety of contract types including FFP, T&M, Cost/Cost-Plus)
- Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate contractual language
- You are able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic, high-performance team to proactively resolve contractual issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word and Microsoft Teams
- You have strong attention to detail
- Ability to obtain a USPS Sensitive Security Clearance

- Your annual base pay range for this role is estimated to be $85,000 - $120,000 at the time of posting.
