
Senior Manager, Operational Excellence

- Implement and sustain TMOS across the three pretzel facilities, ensuring consistency in operating practices.
- Lead cross-site projects to optimize supply chain and manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Partner with plant leadership to monitor KPIs, close performance gaps, and drive accountability.
- Standardize and replicate best practices across sites to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
- Deliver training, coaching, and mentoring to strengthen operational excellence capabilities within the organization.
- Provide clear communication of project results and recommendations to site and division leadership.
- This is a full-time, on-site role on First Shift, Monday through Friday. Travel to all 3 facilities is required. Occasional flexibility is required to support alternate shifts and weekends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Management, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain, including 5+ years in operational excellence, project management, or continuous improvement roles.
- Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies (certification preferred).
- Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and deliver measurable improvements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
