- Manage the Guest Transportation operations for Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead per the annual service agreement contracts with the applicable entities
- Oversee the scheduling of resources to ensure the service level expectations as set forth in the service agreements are met on a consistent basis.
- Implement and monitor the Fleet maintenance program to ensure that all vehicles provided to Village Transportations are maintained at a high level and are kept in good working condition befitting the resort brand.
- Create, manage and participate in extensive recruiting programs seeking a minimum of 50 new applicants per year from several places throughout the country and act as first contact for new Village Transportation staff
- Ensures department-wide corporate and DOT compliance.
- Document all infractions, and commendations for both staff discussion and record retention
- Monitor monthly financials and advise the Sr. Manager on budgetary matters
- Work with Team Leads to ensure regulatory and company compliance
- Provide effective leadership by inspiring active development of the Team Leads and other engaged team members (along with yourself) with regard to performance management, personal development and training with an emphasis on world-class guest service and safety

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of three-years of specific transportation related experience
- A minimum of three years supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of DOT and other transportation related regulations
- Working knowledge of Computer Aided Dispatch System and vehicle radio systems
- Exceptional communication and strong guest service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, organizational skills, communication skills, ability to work within a team
- Highly organized and able to communicate effectively with management, employees, guests and homeowners
- Familiarity with the policies and procedures of Vail Resorts, Inc. and local governing boards.
- CDL class B, P and Colorado CDL Skills Tester Certification
- Working knowledge of Vail Resorts systems, LIFT, AIMS, Direct Connect, Coupa, SuccessFactors
