As an Automation Technician, supporting our Automation Engineering Department, you will be accountable to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely completion of corrective, emergency, and preventive maintenance on automation systems and equipment at our Fort Worth ASPEX Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.In this role, a typical day will include:Equipment / process control system troubleshooting and documentation of corrections and change control activities.Assist with the revision of Standard Operating Procedures and Preventive Maintenance plans.Locate and diagnoses failures through in-depth data analysis and control system logic review.Perform troubleshooting using advanced electronic equipment, isometric and P&ID drawings, diagrams, historical data trending (OSI PI), programmable logic controllers (Allen Bradley), functional specifications, operating and component manuals, and verbal/written instructions.Complete preventive maintenance and corrective work orders for automation equipment to improve manufacturing’s operational efficiencies and quality standing.Maintain detailed maintenance documentation and correction logs.Complete maintenance documentation at the time of maintenance completion.Lead and execute equipment/process improvement projects, manage small dollar (
