Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in system testing, preferably with robotic or electromechanical systems
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electronics, sensors, and control theory
- Proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, data acquisition systems)
- Experience with programming languages (Python, C++, MATLAB) for test automation and data analysis
- Familiarity with robotics frameworks (ROS, ROS2) and simulation tools
- Experience with hardware testing including power systems, motor control, sensor integration, and PCB-level troubleshooting
- Knowledge of software testing for embedded systems, real-time control, and algorithm validation
Responsibilities: - Partner with hardware engineers to optimize mechanical designs, electrical systems, and component selection
- Work closely with software teams to improve control algorithms, system stability, and user interfaces
- Design and execute comprehensive system-level test plans for robotic platforms, including functional, performance, reliability, and safety testing
- Develop automated and manual testing procedures for electromechanical systems, sensors, actuators, and control algorithms
- Conduct integration testing across hardware/software interfaces to validate system performance against specifications
