Our Vaco team is seeking a readily available Senior Financial Analyst that brings experience with physician services and/or hospital expeirence (acute care). This is an interim role, estimated 3 months, with likelihood to go longer.This Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a key resource for the hospital CFO in budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting, monthly operations reports (MOR), physician contract management, and ad hoc reporting.We are looking for a financial analyst with 3-5 years of experience, and strong excel capabilities. Hospital/Physician services experience is a plus! MUST have a Bachelor's degree in finance or similar.Other responsibilities of the Financial Analyst role include:
Build and maintain budget models, including trend analysis, budget to actual variance analysis
Handling general ledger analysis, queries and related needs
Completing key performance indicator and operational reports
Assisting with routine reviews with business leaders
Providing technical support for the budget system
