We are seeking a Senior AWS Connect Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade contact center solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Amazon Connect, AWS cloud services, and telephony systems , with a strong preference for healthcare industry experience .Key Responsibilities:Architect and deliver scalable, secure Amazon Connect solutions (IVR, routing, omnichannel)Integrate Amazon Connect with CRMs and healthcare systemsLeverage AWS services (Lambda, Lex, Kinesis, DynamoDB, S3) to build intelligent workflowsEnsure solutions meet HIPAA and compliance standardsGuide engineering teams, provide technical leadership, and define best practicesOptimize performance, reliability, and security of contact center platformsRequired Skills:10+ years in IT architecture, 4+ years in Amazon Connect or cloud contact centersStrong AWS expertise (Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway, IAM)Solid understanding of telephony, SIP, IVR, and contact center operationsProven ability to design secure, scalable cloud architecturesExcellent communication and stakeholder leadership skillsPreferred:Healthcare industry experience (HIPAA, PHI handling)AWS Solutions Architect Professional certificationExperience with AI/ML features, Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation/Terraform)
