As the Pavement Marking Project Manager, you will manage the end-to-end execution of pavement marking and traffic control projects. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You will lead teams, supervise project resources, and communicate progress to the Director of Operations. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with DOT, OCIP, and OSHA regulations, maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to improve project outcomes. Your success will be measured by achieving Gross Profit Margins (GPMs) and ensuring the development and retention of skilled project crews.JOB REQUIREMENTSThe position requires a Bachelor's degree in project management, civil engineering, construction management or a related field, OR equivalent experience, with at least 2 years pavement marking preferred, with management experience in the pavement marking industry preferred. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are necessary. The role requires proficiency in MS Office, the ability to read maps, blueprints, and road signs, and strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Knowledge of state specifications and equipment used in construction is essential. The candidate should understand safety culture, be able to address contractor issues promptly, and be willing to travel, including overnight stays and weekends as needed.APPLY NOW
