Role Summary:URBN is looking for a Product Development Intern to join us for the Summer. The PD Intern will support the daily operational functions of the Product Development and Sourcing teams in all aspects of product development.About the Summer Internship Program:Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue.   • Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills. If there is a project component in the application (see below within role qualifications), it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position. This is due at the time of your application submission.
  • Complete Video Interview: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received.
  • Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.
Applications will close at 5:00pm EST on November 3rd 2025. Role Responsibilities:
  • Aid in analyzing design/development line plans & report workflow needs
  • Coordinate, assign, and schedule appropriate meetings, according to development calendar
  • Assist with sample and fabric organization/management
Role Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Skills required
  • Ability to prioritize projects and multiple tasks
  • Strong relationship and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Interest in Multi-Modal AI, active and emerging digital tools, and fashion-tech crossover space
  • Majors to consider: Fash-Tech, Computer Science, Merchandising, Sourcing, Apparel Studies or other related fields
