This includes addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring clients feel confident and satisfied with their selected plans. Responsibilities include verifying application details, guiding clients through Medicare Advantage and Supplement options, conducting Health Risk Assessments (HRA), and introducing Value Based Care (VBC) when appropriate. The role involves navigating multiple systems, maintaining accurate documentation, and managing client cases within CRM software, escalating when necessary. A High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of relevant experience are required, including a minimum of one year in pre-sales or customer service.
