- Play a pivotal role on the People Services team by offering HR support for various functions (HR technology and systems, benefits, recruitment, HR communications, etc.).
- Take charge of job postings, conduct reference checks, and streamline the scheduling of interviews.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding experience, manage employee status transitions, and ensure flawless data management in our HRIS systems.
- Support benefits administration by executing system required tasks and processes.
- Take the lead in organizing and supporting meetings, training sessions, and events that catalyze professional growth and team cohesion.
- Ensure the smooth processing and tracking of service provider invoices.
- Play a critical role in HR compliance by conducting thorough I-9 audits, employment file reviews, and ensuring all documentation is protected.
- Prepare and submitting expense reports for the Senior Vice President, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Serve as a trusted resource in helping team members navigate through our benefits offerings and technology platforms, and answer basic HR questions and requests, or escalate as needed.
- Assist with benefit and HR technology ticketing systems to support property People Services teams.
- Embrace a variety of responsibilities as needed. Your role will evolve with the business, offering endless opportunities to impact our team.
- 30 Days: Complete onboarding, get acquainted with team members across the organization, and have a strong understanding of the business structure.
- 60 Days: Build confidence in your role by diving into HR systems and expected responsibilities.
- 90 Days: Start to take ownership of systems, tools, and processes.
- Experienced with at least 1 year working in Human Resources.
- A college degree in Human Resources, Communications, or similar.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems (iCIMS and UKG preferred).
- Curiosity to learn new tools, systems, and industries.
- Strong attention to detail – the small things matter!
- Flexible with the ability to work in an ever-changing environment (we’re growing!).
- Hospitality experience a plus.
