- Provide administrative support to Account Managers in the territory including but not limited to; creating approval documentation and written justifications, quote and proposal development, creating, managing, and updating Mythics CRM system and deal/opportunity processing.
- Enter, update and maintain accurate and current data in Mythics CRM System with regards to opportunities, products, forecast percentage and other important information.
- Process product related orders within Mythics CRM system in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain updated, organized files on all accounts in the assigned territory.
- Create and link future product renewals in Mythics CRM System once the current product related opportunity is processed.
- Provide Business Development support, by making outbound calls and sending emails to new and existing customers/accounts in support of call campaigns and marketing events as assigned by management.
- Generate reports as requested out of Mythics Sales Portal and/or CRM system.
- Develop an understanding of Mythics process from lead identification through deal closure and processing to ensure you are supporting opportunities effectively.
- Complete assigned training in territory and leverage training to fulfill assigned duties in a timely manner.
- Aid the sales team in creating customized proposals to meet customer requirements in support of the Mythics Account Management team in the assigned territory.
- Provide additional information and proactive follow up to the Mythics Account team as requested.
- Perform all other duties, as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience; some college desired. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience.
- Experience working with MS Office applications, including Word & Excel
- Ability to prioritize and organize competing priorities with minimal guidance and supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner verbally and in writing.
- Ability to collaborate within a team and other departments across the organization.
- Strong time management and self-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
- Ability to work independently under general guidance and supervision, following department standards and procedures.
- Ability to solve moderately complex issues with minimal guidance and supervision.
