- Insurance sales, account management, or customer-facing experience (preferred).
- A proven track record—or strong drive—to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance OR willingness to obtain (full support provided).
