Press Brake Set-Up Operator

• Operate and maintain stamping press machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications
• Set up and adjust machine controls for each job (speed, pressure, feed rates)
• Monitor production process and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime
• Inspect finished products for quality using visual checks and measuring tools
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documents
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Minimum 2 years of experience setting up Punch Press or Press Brakes
• Experience with progressive dies, spot welding, or wire forming a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of stamping press operations, including setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail with accurate measurement skills using precision tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
