Position SummaryThe role of a Customer Service Representative at Dexter is inside sales, making sales calls to customers, answering customer phone calls, answering customer questions, providing technical product information and assistance concerning pricing and shipping lead time, entering sales orders in the business automation system, processing customer warranty and/or return requests, and resolving customer complaints.RequirementsWe have an excellent career opportunity for a friendly, personable, outgoing, inside sales representative with a passion for excellent customer service and the drive to succeed.
