We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer/Purchaser to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for acquiring goods and services essential to our operations, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely deliveries to support business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of procurement processes.   • Sourcing and selecting suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
  • Preparing and processing purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and pricing.
  • Maintaining accurate purchasing records and managing supplier contracts.
  • Monitoring stock levels and placing orders to avoid shortages.
  • Resolving issues with suppliers, such as delivery delays, quality problems, or invoice discrepancies.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
  • Staying informed about market trends and new products to ensure strategic purchasing decisions.

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Buyer, Purchaser, or in a similar procurement role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain management principles.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in purchasing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
