- A minimum of 3 years of probate paralegal experience, including probate litigation experience, is required
- Thorough knowledge of probate processes, procedures, and systems required
- Experience with entering time for hourly billing purposes and familiarity and comfort with reasonable hourly billing requirements
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Tremendous attention to detail
- Estate Planning experience a strong bonus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook required
- Bilingual in Spanish a bonus
- Prompt, responsible, accountable, and trustworthy
- College degree a plus but not required
- Ability to follow direction and adhere to firm policies and procedures a must
