Responsibilities: Responsibilities • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met • Plug in daily KPI's to keep track of performance Qualifications: • A high school diploma or GED is required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred • Experience using CRM software • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal and time management skills • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Knowledge and navigation of KPI tracking • Wholesale real estate experience preferred (novations, MLS, etc., different exit strategies) About Company: Company Description Our company, BACQ , is a home-buying business.
