- Conduct entity-centric all-source analysis on CD/TOC/DTO networks; reveal patterns, pathways, and critical nodes to drive disruption.
- Provide target development and network analysis support to DoD, Law Enforcement (LE), and interagency partners; surface previously unknown connections.
- Employ advanced analytic workflows that fuse IC and LE communications/financial records (including cryptocurrency), PAI/OSINT, CAI, corporate/supply-chain, and dark-web data.
- Represent NTC in working groups and briefings; facilitate interagency information sharing and collaboration.
- Develop network targeting plans; exploit bulk data; identify gaps; produce actionable deliverables (e.g., target packages, network/comms charts, lead cables).
- Use state-of-the-art tools for enrichment, communications/financial analysis, large-scale data manipulation, link/nodal analysis, and visualization.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (CI-scope polygraph may be required); U.S. citizenship.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 12+ years of specialized experience (with a portion in the last 2 years), or prior-military equivalent totaling 17+ years.
- Proven experience supporting CN/CTF/TOC missions and interagency operations.
- Proficiency with OSINT tools; entity-level network analysis; and counter-threat finance methodologies (e.g., SAR/BSA exploitation).
- Hands-on familiarity with JWICS-level geospatial/communications tools; report aggregators (e.g., TAC, RMT, NGT/Horizon); and visualization tools (e.g., Google Earth, Analyst Notebook, Target Cop).
- Ability to exploit financial, blockchain, and corporate data; strong tradecraft, RFI management, and interagency data-sharing acumen; working knowledge of DoD IO policy.
- Experience embedded with DEA, HSI, FBI, and/or Treasury/OFAC.
- Cryptocurrency / illicit-finance analysis experience.
- Regional depth (e.g., Western Hemisphere) or functional specialization (TBML, corruption, illicit procurement, precursor chemicals).
