State: Florida (US-FL)The Role at a glance:We are looking to add an experienced, motivated food service manager to our Healthcare team in Bradenton. As a food service manager, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.What you'll be doing:
- Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including food service workers, cooks, and servers.
- Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.
- Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.
- Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role.
- At least two years’ foodservice experience.
- Proven track record of financial responsibility.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- ServSafe Manager certification.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree.
