We are seeking an Associate Project Manager – Small Cell to support multiple project managers on high-visibility telecom infrastructure initiatives. In this role, you will help manage capital pass-through budgets, ensure financial accuracy, and maintain project data in line with contractual agreements and customer expectations. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance customer focus with strong financial and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support multiple Project Managers with project deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Understand customer contracts, scopes of work, and financial commitments.
  • Serve as a customer-facing subject matter expert (SME) during deployment meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and reportable data across internal and customer systems.
  • Provide regular financial reporting against commitments and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Identify risks, manage scope changes, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Resolve conflicts and drive resolution with both internal teams and customers.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years in project management with exposure to budgets and financial tracking.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, including large datasets and reporting.
  • Other Skills:
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret financial metrics.
  • Customer-facing project management experience (preferred).
  • Knowledge of public right-of-way project deployment (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional and leadership-level relationships.
