
Project Engineering Intern

- Will assist Discipline Project Engineers (DPE’s) as well as other project management with project engineering related duties to include but not be limited to: cost and quantity collection, reporting, cost forecasting, operational planning, and scheduling.
- Ability to read and extrapolate information from plan documents.
- Ability to read and understand project requirements and technical specifications.
- Hours of operation will vary according to current project needs and employee availability. 20+ hours minimum required weekly. Up to 50 hours a week is possible.
- Other duties as assigned per supervisor.
- Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or similar.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate as a Junior or higher
- Previous related experience/training in the field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills.
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite.
- knowledge of Primavera P6 and Bid2Win.
- The ability to learn and train on other CRH computer programs is a plus.
