- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the Texas Department of Transportation and Design Build Firms pursuing Infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with TxDOT officials to understand their needs and challenges.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services related to transportation engineering and construction infrastructure.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the TxDOT framework and within Top Design/Engineering Firms
- Provide strategic guidance to internal sales and operational teams, setting clear goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present compelling SOQs, proposals and presentations tailored to meet the specific needs of TxDOT and Infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with internal operational teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive proposal content.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer support and address any concerns or issues raised by TxDOT.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations for major contracts and agreements with clients.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the transportation or infrastructure sector.
- Familiarity with the Texas Department of Transportation's operations and procurement processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of transportation industry regulations and standards is preferred.
