Assist in researching and evaluating emerging AI tools for HR functions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation
Provide recommendations for HR team to utilize AI in current practices
Share and discuss AI solutions with the HR team to gather insights and align on implementation strategies

Requirements:
Pursuing a bachelor’s or masters in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Human Resources with a strong interest in technology Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
