Succeed. #BeHereLocation: US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our WOODLAND PRIME 400 facility.This job is HYBRID.FTE: 1.000000Standard Hours: 40.00Shift: 1st shift 8 am to 5pm with an on-call rotation every 4 weeks which could include holiday coverage/support.Job Summary:Responsible for the research, planning, design, build, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, monitoring, and reporting of Mobile Devices. This position will manage Froedtert Health’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) environment while participating and providing guidance on Mobility focused projects providing input on the direction of mobile technology and management tools. This position performs deployments, installations, troubleshooting and maintenance of the MDM environment.EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:Five or more years of experience in Edge Systems Administration or related technologies in use by Froedtert Health.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Knowledge of computer, mobility and network principles at a level normally acquired through completion of an Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field or acquired through a combination of education and experience is required.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:Knowledge of MDM management practices with Apple Device Manager.Strong problem-solving skills.Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.Understanding of mobile device management platforms.Ability to communicate, both oral and written, effectively with all levels of management and technical team.Concisely, logically and accurately present issues verbally and in written format.Understands network infrastructure necessary to support mobile devices.Builds and maintains strong customer relationships.Knowledge of Workspace One and Intune, preferred.Compensation, Benefits & Perks at Froedtert HealthPay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $45.09 - $77.13.
