The Assistant Restaurant General Manager is to supply support to the General Manager. The responsibilities of a Professional Assistant Restaurant General Manager observe, coach, and develop staff using training and practices outlined by our Company standards of quality, timeliness, and service. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for training, refinement of staff, and team building through employee motivation and personnel recruitment. They control labor and food costs, build relationships with guests, handle guest issues, and are a model of hospitality. The Assistant Restaurant General Manager will coordinate staff scheduling and product ordering with sales volume. This person will have a definitive objective of profitability and growth for both the Company and their own personal career.
