Production Machine Operator- General Labor-2nd Shift

- Operate assigned machinery throughout shift
- Maintain product creation within designated cycle time at all times
- Communicate with leads and/or supervisors of any discrepancies or assistance needed
- Package finished product according to instruction; assure finished product meets quality and specifications
- Correct/separate good/bad products consistently
- Assemble finished product, if needed
- Promote and exercise safety by using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety policies and procedures while in the plant
- Maintain cleanliness of area around assigned machine by picking up trash, sweeping, vacuuming, etc.
- Assemble boxes to be used during shift and/or next shift
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist cell leads in relieving operators for breaks
- Occasionally train new operators on assigned machines, as needed
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
- Experience in working in production setting a plus, but not required (training provided)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for the entire shift
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have your own reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be flexible and able to work extended shifts and/or weekends
- Monday - Friday, 2:45pm - 11:15pm (May have to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed)
- $12.00/hour + $1.00/hour shift incentive.
- While performing the duties of the job, the employee may be required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell.
- The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
