What you’ll do
  • Oversee the planning, performing and implementation of Training Ops initiatives for all of the company's functions and departments.
Design and develop training programs and continue development of existing programsCreate training materials and documents * Plan, coordinate and execute training programs, including participant communications, registration, logistics, course materials, facilitator preparation, LMS tracking, expense tracking, and program attendance and evaluations
  • Manage training calendar, Outlook invitations, creation & scheduling of training webinars and meetings, and production support of these training webinars and meetings (advancing PPT slides, playing video/ music, monitoring chats, creating breakout rooms, polling, etc.)
  • Administer online learning portal (troubleshoot, manage access, create learning paths, communicate with functional content owners, etc.). Work with cross functional teams on issue escalation and/or reporting needs.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop Training Ops staff to ensure company's business activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
What you’ll need
  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • Requires 8 years of training experience, including experience leading teams in an operational environment
  • 2 or more years of Training management experience
  • Demonstrated success and experience in driving behavior based Training Ops programs
  • Experience working with multiple business groups and managing/reconciling their diverse and sometimes conflicting priorities
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
