- Developing and managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost effectiveness
- Forecasting resource needs (human, financial, technological) and managing allocation across multiple projects within the program
- Defining program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Developing and executing program roadmaps for initiatives, aligning with the overall business and IT strategy
- Partnering with the Marketing organization, vendors, and external partners to develop and implement strategies to reach the appropriate customer audience in the proper time
- Identifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic programs and partners
- Partnering with Regulatory and Compliance staff to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and support regulatory activities by supplying information for filings, data requests, and meetings with regulators.
- Identifying stakeholders and communicating within and outside of PG&E
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Identifying new partners, technologies, and delivery channels
Bay Area Minimum: $102,000
Bay Area Maximum: $162,000

California Minimum: $97,000
California Maximum: $154,000This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
This position is hybrid. You will work from your remote office and your assigned location based on business needs. The headquarters location is the Oakland General Office.Job Responsibilities
- Applies broad expertise and advanced knowledge to wide-ranging issues.
- Oversees and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- May function as a team lead and direct less experienced employees.
- Works with Directors and Managers across functions to influence decisions.
- Communicates complex ideas to diverse audiences using a variety of media.
- Integrates industry data-related knowledge into everyday business practices and decision-making.
- Provides others with guidance around complex industry regulatory and compliance environment and considerations.
- Creates new and complex data models to facilitate business decisions.
- Ensures program initiatives adhere to established quality standards, best practices, and guidelines.
- Performs in-depth quality assurance final reviews and contract drafts.
- Develops new or revise existing scopes of work to ensure compliance standards and deliverables are established.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Job-related experience, 6 years
- Master’s degree
- PMP Certification
- Advanced knowledge of Program Management
- Ability to influence leaders inside and outside of the department through data analysis, insights, and recommendations
