We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with deep expertise in ReactJS to join our team in building an advanced analytical solution that empowers skilled nursing facilities to improve their quality metrics and operational performance. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that drive meaningful outcomes in healthcare.Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of scalable front-end solutions using ReactJS.
  • Participate fully in the software development life cycle for large, complex projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software using Agile methodologies.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to onsite and offshore teams.
  • Troubleshoot, support, and resolve issues as part of a broader development team.
  • Contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery of software features.
  • Establish and report on metric-driven goals, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in a rotational on-call schedule as needed.
QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on front-end technologies.
  • Proven experience with ReactJS in production environments.
  • Solid understanding of Agile development practices.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to estimate accurately and deliver high-quality software on time.
Preferred
  • Experience with back-end development (e.g., Node.js, .NET, or similar) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with health and human services or post-acute care environments.
  • Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python for data processing or backend services.
  • Experience working with GraphQL APIs for efficient data querying and integration.
