- Owning input and output of goals attached to upper-funnel pipeline generation
- Key AEC account strategy development: prospecting; business and relationship development
- Proven track record of outkicking individual contributor quotas in pipeline generation and conversion
- Comfortable pitching to highly technical stakeholder, breaking down complex solutions and value propositions to a variety of verticals and ICPs
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, etc.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in an SDR, BDR or BDS role
- Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and oral)
- Experience working with CRMs, prospecting databases, and email outreach tools
- Inherent adeptness, passion, and curiosity for business and technology
- Competitive drive and hunger; track record of outkicking KPIs and quotas
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- 1+ year of experience selling a construction technology solution
- Understanding of U.S. AEC market landscape and construction processes
- Firsthand experience in HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Dynamics
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritization, planning, and time management
- Located in U.S. Eastern time zone (ideally within commuting distance of a major international airport)
