- Ability to conduct assessments of all aspects of infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities.
- Increase the customer’s awareness of potential vulnerabilities and impacts on mission execution capability and provide recommendations to mitigate or eliminate identified vulnerabilities.
- Reviewing and assessing the facilities supporting the customer’s missions, and organizations that support them, using a consistent and repeatable methodology as an integral part of process.
- Identifies all aspects of utility-related vulnerabilities, increases the customer’s awareness of potential vulnerabilities, and impacts of utilities on mission execution capability, and provides recommendations to mitigate or eliminate identified vulnerabilities.
- Provide service support to operational equipment, personnel, and mission operations.
- Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
- 5+ years of experience conducting vulnerability assessments for buildings and facilities.
- Must have a Valid Passport
- Must have a Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain an Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
- Must be able to travel up to 20%
- Be able to travel on short notice, work non-standard hours and take on-call duty.
- Position is hybrid, but will require candidate to be located local to the office at Fort Belvoir, VA.
- Ability to accept worldwide deployments which include high threat permissive areas presenting some risks to personal safety.
- Ability to adhere to CDC recommended immunizations for worldwide travel.
- Possess effective oral and written communication skills.
- AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of the building process and construction principles.
- Proficient working knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes.
- Ability to work in all operational and physical environments and work collaboratively with USG military and/or civilian personnel.
- Highly organized, able to work independently and without supervision.
- Work as a team with other subject matter experts to prepare for, execute, and finalize the assessment process.
- Communicate effectively and engage with mid to senior-level civilian and military personnel.
