- Interpret client briefs into successful and effective concepts
- Work on projects ranging from packaging design refreshes to category & line extensions
- Support the development of creative concepts that exceed client expectations across a broad range of styles
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and internal reviews with Directors, Project and Account Managers
- Aid in the development of presentation decks
- Pitch-in on adaptive design projects like line and format extensions
- Present your work with the confidence that comes from knowing that you have done all that you can
- Be an active partner with Account and Project Management teams
- Ask questions, learn and grow
- Possesses great design chops and a killer portfolio!

- Diploma/Degree in Communication, Graphic, or Packaging Design (or related field)
- 4+ years (minimum) working in a Design role with exposure to Consumer Packaged Goods
- Well-rounded portfolio showcasing an understanding of brand building and packaging solutions
- A deep understanding of Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (Expert knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), Microsoft Word, Excel, and Keynote.
