You will be responsible for analyzing, recording, processing, and monitoring all customer invoices for material, product, or services.In this position, you will report to the Controller.This position is mainly located in Brookfield, WI, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options and may involve up to 5% travel to other internal Metso sites for meetings and/or trainings.What you'll doAssemble, review, and process customer invoices and related documents.Prepare customer charges including labor, material, and equipment.Process customer invoices promptly and accurately.Review and analyze all billing transactions as necessary.Review and process all parts and wear credit memos.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.Who you areHigh school diploma or equivalent.A minimum of one year's work experience in an accounting department with exposure to invoicing and accounts receivable.Must be able to effectively communicate written and verbally.Must have a working knowledge of personal computers, standard software and business systems.Must have excellent organizational skills combined with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
