- Lead the design development process across all project phases, ensuring alignment with client goals, technical requirements, and firm standards.
- Develop innovative and functional design solutions that respond to complex project constraints.
- Create clear and compelling design presentations and documentation to communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with consultants (e.g., structural, MEP) to integrate all disciplines into a cohesive design and ensure regulatory/code compliance.
- Oversee the production and quality of construction documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and technical excellence.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing design guidance and supporting professional growth of junior staff.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal leadership to align project execution with strategic objectives.
- Conduct regular design reviews and quality control checks to maintain high standards of performance, sustainability, and compliance.
- Serve as a key client liaison, presenting design concepts, addressing feedback, and fostering strong, lasting client relationships.
- Accredited Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) required.
- Architectural license required.
- 10+ years of architectural experience with demonstrated project leadership across all phases.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and design presentation tools (e.g., SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage consultant collaboration.
- Excellent design, technical, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
