- Minimum three (3) months experience as Jamba Team Lead, or in a supervisory position with another food/retail company. Service, hospitality, or retail/restaurant experience preferred.
- Must have experience supervising line, staff and management positions.
- Must demonstrate the following core characteristics: Integrity and Trust, Ethics and Values, Customer Focus and Action Orientation.
- Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule.
- Be able to stand, bend, scoop and walk a majority of the shift and lift, up to 50 pounds regularly.
- TB Clearance required, (done within 12 months prior to start date).
- Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
