Overview:Genesis of Southwest Houston is part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a qualified Internet Salesperson to our Sales team. This position answers inquiries from customers about vehicles through email, text and phone calls with the goal of guiding a customer through the vehicle research and selection process, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Internet or Text.
  • Respond to customer inquiries immediately.
  • Learn and follow the scripting required by our process.
  • Set appointments for our customers.
  • Study, learn and understand the vehicles and services we offer .
  • Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products and procedures.
  • Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the Dealership.
Qualifications:
  • Automotive BDC experience is required.
  • Can handle high volume sales calls and emails
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred but not required.
