This role involves assisting the Field Inspector Manager and Yard Supervisor in various tasks, primarily focusing on maintaining mobile homes, organizing the staging yard, and transporting materials.Key Responsibilities:- Transporting materials from retail vendors and suppliers to the mobile home staging yard.- Efficient organization and maintenance of the staging yard.- Assisting the Yard Supervisor with daily operations, including inspecting and maintaining mobile homes.- Loading, unloading, and moving materials within the staging yard.- Carrying out additional duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:- Possession of a personal truck and willingness to use it for material transportation (mileage reimbursement available).- An acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.- A high school diploma or its equivalent.- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.Compensation:The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $31,000 to $41,600 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.Interested candidates should apply to join our dynamic team and contribute to the efficiency and success of our construction client's mobile home staging operations in Wallace, NC.
