With a synergy of excellence, expertise, and experience that is second to none, their passion for quality drives everything they do.This franchise serves the San Marcos and surrounding areas.Job Summary:The Restoration Project Manager leads residential and commercial reconstruction projects. This role is focused on reconstruction — not emergency services — and is ideal for a professional with strong construction management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.You will manage approximately 20 jobs at a time, including projects in various phases: estimation, active production, and closeout. You'll coordinate closely with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure top-tier service and results.Job Responsibilities:
Manage 20+ active reconstruction projects from estimate through closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and procurement to ensure quality and efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams (estimators, project coordinators, senior PMs) to meet timelines
Conduct client meetings, define project scope, and maintain ongoing customer communication
Oversee budgets, schedules, work orders, and subcontractor/vendor assignments
Review and approve documentation, including timecards, invoices, and completion reports
Ensure accurate and timely project tracking in systems like Dash, Xactimate, and Perma-Processing
Perform final walkthroughs, collect progress payments, and address warranty or service follow-ups
Participate in on-call rotation and provide responsive, high-level customer service
Qualifications:
3–5 years of construction management experience, specifically in reconstruction (not new construction)
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
Experience managing subcontractors and multiple concurrent jobs
Proficiency with project management software; experience with DASH, Xactimate, and Perma-Processing a plus
Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and communication skills
Team-oriented, solutions-driven, and able to work under pressure with urgency
Professional, dedicated, and able to deliver high-quality work consistently

$70,000–$80,000 base + performance-based bonus structure
