  • Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring the successful execution of base building, renovations, and interior build-out projects.
  • Collaborate with the project team, including Project Managers (PM), Assistant Project Managers (APM), and Project Engineers (PE), to achieve project goals.
  • Report directly to the Vice President and provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to project time lines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Utilize your expertise to contribute to projects that enhance their surroundings and positively impact the community.
  • Provide leadership in maintaining a safe work environment, enforcing safety protocols, and addressing any safety concerns.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and compliance with construction plans.
  • Work closely with the project team to develop and implement strategies for optimising construction processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Understanding of construction day to day aspects.
  • Interior construction experience is required.
  • Project experience of 50+ million is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills, adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines that can hit the ground running.
